HOST YOUR EVENT AT THE PROSPERITY PRIVATE CLUB

We are excited to announce that you can have your own meetings, parties, special occasions or family gatherings at the Prosperity Private Club. Given that we are just launching, we are offering special pricing for 2024. Here are the basic rental fees for the space. (This does not include any extra services or support.) If you are a member of our club, you will receive 20% off of the base fee rental rate.
  • 1 -3 Hours - $50 per hour
  • Half Day (4 to 5 Hours) - $200
  • Full Day (8 to 12 Hours) - $300
  • Multi Day Events - $250 per day
The base rental fee includes access to the Prosperity Private Club and water and sink access. This rate also includes services to set up tables and chairs for your your event. Accommodations inside can set up to 35 people around tables and at the bar area. You may opt to bring in outside food at no cost. Garbage and recycling services are provided. Wifi access on our fiber optic network is also included.

Kitchen Access

We are more than happy to provide access to our kitchen space and appliances to use for your event. This is a perfect way to make and serve your own food and/or host your own class or workshop. We provide refrigerated and freezer space, along with a myriad of other helpful appliances such as a stove, flat iron grill, air fryers, mixers, warming dishes, crock pots, dishes, utensils and serving ware.

Food & Beverage Service

We can provide light and full refreshment services and/or meal offerings as part of your private event. We are also building connections with other chefs, caterers and specialty culinary organizations that can also make your event memorable.

Technical Support

We can provide in house set up and support for general computer and audio visual equipment for presentations and basic recording. Create a special and immersive experience by sharing information and capturing your event. (Specialty equipment is not included.)

Kitchen Ammenities

Refridgeration
We offer a full size refrigerator, freezer along with additional refrigerated spaces to keep everything cool for your event.
Cooking Appliances
We offer a flat iron grill, pizza oven, conventional electric oven, air fryers and crock pots to use.
Serving Ware
We provide dinner plates, silverware, glasses, chafing dishes, warming trays, platters, pitches for beverages, charcuterie boards, a cake dome, serving spoons, tongs and utensils.
Baking Equipment
We have a Kitchen Aid mixer, baking pans, pie dishes, along with a conventional electric oven and specialty pizza oven to work bake your creations with.
Salad Bar / Cold Table
We have two two cold tables. One is portable and can be easily as a prep table, or can be used as a salad bar for a buffet serving scenario. Our second cold table can be used to chill beverages and is part of the back bar.
Additional Amenities
We have several other equipment available to work with that includes a milkshake maker, popcorn popper, fondue pot and a Kangen Water Machine.
Beverage Equipment
We have a commercial espresso maker, coffee maker and electric tea kettle to make beverages with.

Tasty & Satisfying Choices

Light Beverage Service
We provide an option for a light beverage service that includes filtered pH adjusted Kangen Water, iced tea, coffee, and tea service.
Full Beverage Service
This includes all of the items listed in the Light Beverage Service and includes an additional two specialty non-alcoholic beverages.
Light Appetizers
We can create a light appetizer of charcuterie board that includes meats, cheeses, vegetables, fruits along with dips and spreads.
Specialty Appetizers
We can create three different types of appetizers to meet you and your guests needs. From savory, to sweet, we have several choices from you to choose from that will help compliment your event.
Alcoholic Beverages
We do not provide or sell alcoholic beverages are part of our offering. We do allow guests to bring beverages to enjoy given that it is done so responsibly for events happening within the 1 to 3 hour timeframe provided no one renting the space is selling beverages to their guests. Resources and Support

Audio and Visual Equipment
We can provide a 30" x 60" flat screen TV to display your presentations on. This TV has HDMI cable that can connect to your laptop. We also have some basic speakers to help play your audio as well.
Laptop Access
We have an extra laptop that you can access information on the internet such as email, YouTube, or other websites.
Technical Support
We can provide onsite technical support and equipment troubleshooting for general audio visual equipment (such as computers, projectors and general recording devices).
High Speed Fiber Internet and WiFi Access
We provide access to our wireless WiFi network that enables you to download, upload and stream data on our fiber optic connection. This access is complimentary.
Facilitation Resources and Support
We can provide extra amenities such as sticky notes, tape, poster boards, markers, and even note taking to help your event go smoother.
Post Event Support
General services around recorded audio and video file conversion and basic post production support may be available depending on what is needed.
